Real Estate Apprentice - High Commission Split, Training Provided

Recently licensed or close to completing your real estate license?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take the next step and learn how to turn their license into a working real estate business.

You’ll receive practical training and coaching from experienced agents while learning how to find potential buyers and sellers, generate new opportunities, follow up with prospects, build a pipeline, and work with clients throughout the transaction process.

Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, you’ll have a proven daily system to follow, regular coaching, and experienced professionals available to help you develop your skills and become more confident working with clients.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce as your business grows. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility as you establish your career.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is willing to consistently work toward building their business.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and coaching provided.

Compensation

$125,400 - $225,000 yearly
