We have a proven recipe for success that has made us an industry leader and one of the largest and most successful executive search firms in the country, with over 400 recruiters. No previous recruiting experience is required as we provide comprehensive initial training, along with ongoing coaching and guidance, whether onsite or virtually.

This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling needed positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Negotiate gpac's terms and conditions with clients.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates for client interviews and assist in negotiating job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements for the Recruiter

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Consistently perform outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
