We are looking to hire an experienced full-cycle Sales Recruiter to support our organization through its growth, specifically within the Commercial and Enterprise functions. You'll be a driving force in building and executing talent strategies, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent. This role offers the opportunity to build positive relationships, embody our values, and contribute to our recruiting best practices and processes.
This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has an annual base salary range of $136,000—$210,000 USD. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, potential impact, and location. For remote roles, the pay range is localized according to the employee's work location, between 80% and 100% of the listed range. Please discuss your location with your recruiter.
