We are looking to hire an experienced full-cycle Sales Recruiter to support our organization through its growth, specifically within the Commercial and Enterprise functions. You'll be a driving force in building and executing talent strategies, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent. This role offers the opportunity to build positive relationships, embody our values, and contribute to our recruiting best practices and processes.

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:
  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations, specifically Sales.
  2. Partner with Sales leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key marketing roles.
  3. Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent, including cold outreach, events, and content production, while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals.
  4. Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and communicate these insights to executives to influence and drive positive change.
  5. Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.
  6. Champion and lead initiatives related to belonging, equity, and impact (BEI).
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in sales organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape and competitors in this space.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop talent strategies with hiring managers while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various formats and audiences.
While it's not required, it's a plus if you also have:
  • In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
  • Experience hiring sales leadership roles at the Director level.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has an annual base salary range of $136,000—$210,000 USD. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, potential impact, and location. For remote roles, the pay range is localized according to the employee's work location, between 80% and 100% of the listed range. Please discuss your location with your recruiter.
