Rosendin Electric is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Concord, California. The role supports the Project Management team with administrative and construction duties, learning essential project management competencies on high-profile projects.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting notes, coordinate with field personnel, and assist in producing project documentation and procurement tasks. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for growth in a leading employee-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and construction documents for meetings.
• Prepare logs and project documentation for construction meetings.
• Assist in creation of Subcontractors' contracts and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Support project quality control and interface with subcontractors.
• Assist with job information sheets, job files, and payroll data.
