Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is seeking a motivated Concrete Project Manager to lead projects from planning through execution on-site.

You will oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and coordination with the field team to ensure safety and timely delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration, cost awareness, and clear communication with all stakeholders, including design teams and suppliers, as MCC delivers concrete foundations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required
• Experience running ground-up projects. Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred
• Estimation experience preferred
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials
• Oversee the buyout process for materials
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project
