Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to handle managerial and administrative aspects of concrete construction projects, from estimating to progress reporting and cost control.

You will participate in scope meetings, oversee material buyouts, and coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, with 0–3 years of PM experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects; Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting for projects.
• Participate in meetings to review scope of work and materials.
• Oversee the buyout process for materials.
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials
