Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects from estimating through closeout.

You will coordinate with the field team, manage schedules, safety, and quality, and drive performance across warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and lab facilities. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a national contractor network and benefit from a robust ESOP program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, field engineering, or concrete experience.
• Experience leading ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in meetings to review scope of work and materials.
• Oversee the buyout process for materials.
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team.
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times.
• Communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project.

A Day In The Life
