Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is seeking a motivated Concrete Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, coordinating estimating, scheduling, safety, and field coordination.

You will work with a team on turnkey concrete foundation, slab on grade, tilt-up, and exterior pavement solutions for diverse projects nationwide. This role offers growth within a strong, family-backed organization and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities is highly preferred.
• Estimation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
• Participate in meetings to review scope of work and materials.
• Oversee the buyout process for materials.
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team.
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project.

A Day In The Life
