Midwest Concrete Constructors in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is hiring a Concrete Project Manager to lead project management activities for turnkey concrete foundations, slabs, tilt-up, and exterior pavement across projects nationwide.

The role emphasizes estimating, scheduling, quality control, safety, and coordination with the field team. Qualifications include 3+ years in project management or concrete, and a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management with GPA 3.0+.

• Experience with ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management with GPA of 3.0+.

• Managing estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and design coordination.
• Overseeing buyout of materials and coordinating with the superintendent.
• Leading progress meetings and maintaining cost awareness.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials
• Oversee the buyout process for materials
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project

Necessary Qualifications:

• 3+ years project management and/or field engineering or concrete experience
• Experience running ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field required with a minimum 3.0 GPA
