Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in St. Louis is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead projects spanning warehouses, distribution and manufacturing facilities.

You will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control and progress reporting, coordinating with the concrete superintendent to ensure safety and schedule. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management or field engineering with concrete experience and a Construction Engineering/Management degree (min 3.0 GPA).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and/or field engineering or concrete experience.
• Experience running ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
• Participate in meetings to review scope of work and materials.
• Oversee the buyout process for materials.
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team.
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project.

A Day in the Life:
