Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bid management: handle invitations to bid and assist in identifying new opportunities.
• Bid calendar management: track deadlines and ensure timely documentation.
• Document coordination: organize drawings, specs, and related docs for PM and production teams.
• Data entry & reporting: maintain accurate bid and project records in management systems.
• Administrative support: assist the preconstruction team with filing and documentation.
