nearly all facets of our projects.

Your Role:

  • Provide administrative support for the Project Managers as requested.
  • Perform data entry, document scanning, general filing, proofreading of documents, word processing, document formatting, printing, and production of final
    documents.
  • Support technical staff and management with project logistics including coordination of meetings, reservation of conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
  • Provide notetaking during meetings and distribute minutes.
  • Assist with project setup, organization and maintenance of project records, and project financial tracking.
  • Assist with subcontractor qualification process and subcontractor and materials procurement and payments.
  • Candidate will receive on the job training with Oracle-based financial and procurement tools.
  • Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Work with billing specialists to help prepare client invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Job duties may expand over time depending on the skills of the applicant and needs of the projects.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration.
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Environmental Consulting Administration background a plus.
  • Applicants should possess excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, OneDrive and Adobe are required. Microsoft Project a plus.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be self-disciplined, dependable and highly motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Target salary range: $22.00 / hour to $25.00 / hour. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
