Russell Tobin is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Columbus, OH for a leading financial services firm. Pay rate is $18/hr to $19.17/hr, with 4–5 weeks of fully remote training and a transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after six months.

Responsibilities include handling brokerage account inquiries, assisting with Brokerage Cash Management products, and supporting online account access via website and mobile app.

Work Schedule

4–5 weeks of fully remote training

After 6 months, transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
