Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Client Relations Representative for a hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). You will handle client complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and craft professional client communications within regulatory guidelines.

Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, excellent written/verbal skills, and a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset. Experience in financial services or client relations is a plus, with a strong focus on regulatory

• Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations is a plus.
• Experience with complaint resolution or client relations is preferred.

Job description

Client Relations Representative in a hybrid work environment (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).

Pay Rate Range: $20–$21/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
