Russell Tobin is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a leading financial services firm in Stevens Point, WI. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with accounts, payments, and transactions, and document interactions in internal systems.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple databases. Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr.
