Russell Tobin is seeking a Finance Associate/Analyst in Ohio for a leading financial services firm. This onsite role requires you to work onsite every day for the first 90 days and offers a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

The role involves supporting internal clients, handling inquiries about accounts and processes, building relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation while learning new systems and financial concepts quickly.

Pay Rate Range: $22–$24/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle incoming inquiries related to financial accounts, products, and processes.
• Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and established procedures.
• Process requests accurately and follow established policies and procedures.

• Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Quickly learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts and apply knowledge effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in financial services and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Financial services, banking, or financial products experience is preferred but not required.
• Securities licensing, such as Series 7, is preferred but not required.
