Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery's Bleacher Report Production Management team is seeking an entry-level Production Coordinator to support live and remote productions, including prop sourcing, catering, and noting issues during shoots.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and willingness to travel domestically and work nights/weekends as needed. No prior production experience is required, and you will report to the Bleacher Report Production Manager as you develop skills

Qualifications

• Able to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Able to travel domestically within the United States.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of Production Coordinator, PA, and Runner experience; strong MS Office, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset; Ariba, Beeline, Concur experience.

Responsibilities

• LIVE/TAPED REMOTE PRODUCTIONS – Support show day and pre-production: sourcing props, overseeing catering delivery, taking detailed notes of issues, collecting releases, scanning appearances.
• COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION – Support Production Managers in communicating updates to departments and maintaining meeting notes.
• PRODUCTION OPERATIONS – Book travel for crew, create checklists for remote shoots, reconcile expenses, research locations, maintain warehouse supplies, code AMEX, onboard new hires, coordinate payroll for freelancers.
