Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring an entry-level Production Coordinator to support the Bleacher Report Production Management team. The role covers remote and in-studio production, requires self-starting initiative, task ownership, and the ability to manage schedules and priorities. Weekend and some travel are expected.

You will report to the Bleacher Report Production Manager and work with multiple departments to keep productions running smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• On-set production experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Able to travel in the domestic United States.

Responsibilities

• Support show day and pre-production activities for Bleacher Report productions.
• Coordinate onsite runner team, catering, and prop sourcing for productions.
• Take detailed notes of issues and communicate with production operations teams.
• Collect appearance releases, book travel, and manage remote location needs.
• Create checklists for remote shoots and manage production supplies.
