Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as an Associate Director in live sports television, including studio and/or remote productions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex live broadcasts in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for live sports and an understanding of properties such as NHL, MLB, NCAA football and basketball, Soccer, Tennis, NASCAR, Unrivaled, etc.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Ability to anticipate production needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of live production workflows, EVS operations, replay systems, and timing.

Responsibilities

• Assist as Associate Director for studio and remote productions, managing pace, element list, and master control.
• Collaborate with producers and directors to develop show concepts and editorial plans.
• Write/promotional copy and coordinate elements with design and graphics teams.
• Coordinate assets (video, audio, music, animation) for broadcasts and verify timing and accuracy.
• Work with marketing, sales and social media to integrate sponsored content.
• Prepare control rooms and remote trucks for rehearsals and live productions.
• Troubleshoot during live broadcasts and support production teams.
