Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read gauges/dials and operate processing equipment.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and safety-focused.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, quality control, loading and shipping.
• Plant cleaning and lubrication tasks.
• Support preventative and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Cross-train across plant areas.
• Operate plant mobile equipment such as Bobcat, Kubota, RTV.
• Perform daily pre/post-shift equipment inspections and log maintenance.
