Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Addison, IL is seeking an entry-level plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support role. You will screen donors, take vital signs, and support plasma center operations while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting hourly wage is $18.00 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a customer or patient facing role (helpful).
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
