Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs on occasion.
• Experience in customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and related records.
• Support flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
