Job summary

BioLife in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, and record donor vitals and finger-stick results, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vitals and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center operations per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
