Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist in Saint Louis. The role involves donor screening, phlebotomy, and supporting plasma center operations with a focus on customer service and safety.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donations, and handle equipment setup and troubleshooting under training supervision. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proactive, reliable and customer-focused in a donor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
