Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to join our team. The role offers 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in plasma donation operations.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, operate plasmapheresis equipment under training, and help maintain a clean, compliant center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens precautions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis machines as trained.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment per training.
• Coordinate donor flow and ensure proper disposal of materials.
