BioLife Plasma Services in Findlay, OH is seeking an entry-level Phlebotomist. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support plasma center operations with a focus on safety and accuracy. This role involves multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, with compensation aligned to entry-level standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to screen donors and perform phlebotomy with attention to donor safety.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Support donors across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
