Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Onalaska, WI is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist with on-the-job training and Day 1 benefits. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and support plasma center operations.

You will greet donors, operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donors, document measures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the center team. This role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• One year or more in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal and record donor data.
