BioLife Plasma Services in Madison, WI is hiring a Phlebotomist for evenings and weekends. You will work as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support center operations, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and implement changes following approved procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
