Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring for a part-time Phlebotomist to support our plasma center operations in Wisconsin. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and assist with plasmapheresis equipment setup and troubleshooting.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long shifts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is paid, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• Glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• 1+ years in a customer/patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and plasmapheresis machine programming.
• Monitor donors and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
