Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring an Entry-Level Territory Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA to support a major U.S. product launch. No pharma experience required; training, mentorship, and a proven sales model will be provided as you build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales.

You will promote Pivya® to healthcare providers, follow a structured plan, and develop territory plans while working with ImpactBio’s team. The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting goals; sales experience helpful (outside/Pharma welcomed).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within the territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with company and industry regulations.
