Responsibilities include making 50 calls daily, documenting interactions in CRM, and building long-term HCP partnerships. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service or hospitality with track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Science or related field.
• Self-motivated to perform in a virtual environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal communication with persuasive edge.
• Ability to manage time and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 daily calls to identified healthcare professionals.
• Document all calls in Bioliance CRM accurately.
• Manage relationships with healthcare professionals within the Bioliance CRM.
• Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators to potential customers.
• Provide customer support and contribute to team success through weekly calls.
