The role focuses on proactive financial needs analysis and building new households while servicing teller duties. The position emphasizes consultative sales, cross-selling and collaboration with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Use consultative sales to identify needs and match products.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism.
• Follow policies and protect confidentiality; adhere to risk controls and fraud mitigation.
• Assist in opening/closing processes and participate in training/travel as required.
