Job summary

Alpine Bank in Colorado seeks an entry-level Personal Banking Representative I to support clients, assist with account management, process deposits, and promote suitable products and services.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, help open and maintain accounts, educate on Alpine Online features, and ensure transactions follow bank procedures. Some evening/weekend hours and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Alpine Bank New Accounts training required.
• Dormant status preferred or required within 3 months of hire.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's License required.
• Notary Public a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and uses training programs and standards (Alpine Way/CARE/Mystery Shops).
• Opens and maintains consumer and commercial accounts.
• Educates customers on Alpine Online services (Bill Pay, transfers, Card Services).
• Processes deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions per policies.
• Balances cash drawer, vault, and ATM where applicable.
• Performs safe deposit box entry/exit and adheres to wire/safe deposit policies.
