• Explain Alpine Online services and promote bank products.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault/ATM settlement when needed.
• Prepare correspondence and support open/close procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
• Provide exceptional service as first point of contact for customers.
• Attend training and demonstrate in Alpine Way/CARE/Mystery Shops standards.
