Job summary

Alpine Bank in Colorado seeks an entry-level Personal Banking Representative (PBR) I to support clients, assist with account management, and promote products. You will open and maintain consumer and commercial accounts, process transactions, and provide exceptional service using Alpine Bank standards.

The role requires on-site attendance, cash handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; starting pay is $22–$27 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Alpine products.
• Open and maintain consumer and commercial accounts.
• Process deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Educate customers on Alpine Online services and features.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM as needed.
• Handle safe deposit box entry/exit and wires procedures.
• Assist with open/close procedures and general correspondence.
• Maintain on-site attendance as an essential function.
