You will be required to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance procedures, and balance cash drawers. Evening and weekend shifts with occasional travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Alpine Bank products.
• Open, close, and maintain consumer and commercial accounts.
• Process deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM settlements as needed.
• Assist customers with Alpine Online services and basic banking needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with banking policies and procedures.
• Support in branch opening/closing duties and prepare internal correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues.
