Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level role with responsibilities in patient check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Healthcare/medical office administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients accurately and courteously.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations prior to visits.
• Register patient information and ensure forms are complete in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with centers to minimize cancellations.
