• Register new patients, schedule appointments and update accounts.
• Identify insurance plans and determine referrals; update insurance information.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits; collect co-pays and deposits.
• Document information in practice management system and EHR.
• Communicate with clinicians and staff via telephone and in person.
