Responsibilities

• Provides and documents direct patient care and activities (e.g., vitals, daily living tasks).
• Assists RN in care of acutely ill patients and maintains patient environment.
• Documents care accurately in EMR and communicates changes to nursing staff.
• Participates in unit activities such as admissions, discharges and transfers.
