Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document patient care and vitals accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers under supervision.
• Support unit activities, stocking, and equipment cleaning.
