Job summary

Stanford Health Care in Redwood City is seeking a PCC II to support clinic operations in the ObGyn Pelvic Health Center. You will learn and apply job skills, assist with patient care, and help with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus MA training or certification; at least one year of experience; BLS certification; strong communication and teamwork; and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with MA program cert or equivalent training.
• Certification as medical assistant through a MA certifying organization (CA-approved).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care duties including vitals, rooming, lab draws, and medication reconciliation assistance.
• Handle check-in/out, patient calls, prescription refills, and clinic support tasks.
• Assist providers with procedures and coordinate with staff to maintain clinic flow.
