Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle admitting duties for patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Operate telephone switchboard and direct calls with professionalism.
• Collect insurance details and pre-register patient accounts.
• Explain consent forms and patient education documents.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and POS collections.
