Qualifications

• One year of progressively responsible, directly related work experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assures secure handling and accurate recording of payments collected at the point-of-service delivery.
• Builds foundational understanding of health insurance coverage options and related processes.
• Escalates complex registrations to more experienced staff.
• Greets patients and begins the registration process.
• Maintains professional communication with PAS staff, medical center staff, physicians, guests, and patients.
• Works to meet weekly productivity goals and supports team priorities.
