Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with patient admissions/registration and billing processes.
• Knowledge of reimbursement requirements and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and verifies insurance and payment at point-of-service.
• Guides patients and families through admission and billing processes.
• Escalates complex issues to a manager; leads PAS initiatives.
• Tracks performance metrics; supports system testing and scheduling activities.
