Job summary

ITW is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate in a production environment. You will operate filling and packaging equipment according to procedures provided by the Team Lead or Manufacturing Manager, and supervise on-line activities such as placing bottles, palletizing, and other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

The role requires basic English communication, ability to perform simple math, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assists the lead operators on production line equipment while following Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Production standards.
• Promotes and follows all EHS and Quality guidelines and procedures.
• Performs minor set-ups, cleaning, and operation of filling and packaging machines.
• Accurately accounts for production quantity, process scrap, production time, and traceability via daily logs.
• Recommends safety improvements as needed.
• Ensures housekeeping and equipment standards are met.
• Assists training of temporary workers on line tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
