Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical or chemical engineering or related technical degree
• Academic, co-op, internship, project, or entry‑level experience related to engineering, packaging lines, automation, manufacturing, or project execution
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
• Ability to travel for project requirements, including installation and start‑up activities, client and company meetings, trainings, seminars, forums, and conventions

Responsibilities

• Support packaging equipment and automation projects from early planning through installation and start-up
• Work closely with project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and OEMs to develop equipment solutions
• Coordinate procurement and support successful project delivery
• Assist with vendor and contractor management throughout project execution
• Convert technical information into clear project documentation and design deliverables
• Support integration of packaging automation lines and development of material handling methods
• Build client and team relationships through responsive communication and consistent project support
