Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience with packaging lines, automation, or manufacturing applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and vendors.
• Willing and able to travel as necessary for project requirements (install, start-up, meetings, trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead line layout, mechanical design, and vendor/contractor management.
• Oversee equipment procurement and schedule management.
• Manage project finances and site installation support.
• Build and maintain solid client relationships.
• Grow local and regional client base and contribute to business development.
