Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks motivated, entry-level Outside Sales Trainees for a 12-month training program combining field and classroom instruction. Training is primarily in the Dayton, OH area with 80–100% travel during the program.

After completion, you relocate to an assigned territory to drive sales of automotive industry software, marketing services, and related products. You will develop dealership operations and negotiation skills, working with a Sales Mentor and observing calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication; travel up to 80–100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training (field and classroom).
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products/services to new and existing customers in territory.
