Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals for the Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You will enroll in a 12-month training program, combining field-based and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

During training you will travel 80-100% with a Sales Mentor in your territory. Upon graduation you relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Relocate upon completion of training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Participate in both field-based and classroom training, traveling 80-100% during training.
