Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee to join a 12-month training program combining field and classroom work. Training is at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH with travel during the program.

After completion you relocate to a territory and begin as a Sales Professional, pursuing monthly and annual quotas selling automotive software, marketing services, and printed forms to new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• Willingness to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in and complete a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell automotive software, marketing services, printed business forms and promotional products to new and existing customers.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas in the assigned territory.
